They were actually ready to release me less than 48 hours after RRP, but I stayed in hospital another day. So far, things going ok. I'm controlling pain with acetaminophen and walking. Pathology will be available in 2 weeks. Meantime, never thought I'd be so anxious over when a bowel movement will occur. I'm sucking up the Colace :) Too tired at moment to worry even about that. Steve also stayed another day, which was much nicer than going home barely functioning. Although his rectum was sore, his first (and following) bowel movement was fine, normal, painless.
