Some well-read and enthusiastic supplementer posted a LOOOOONG daily regimen
(pages, if I recall correctly) of schedules of supplements here several
months ago. It completely dominated his life, taking up most of his waking
time with mixing, scheduling, timing (some had to be taken X minutes before
or after others), grinding, blending, etc. I don't recall much ordinary food
in his lists. Any serious supplementer could probably learn many more
substances to try from his list; I had  never heard of many of them. I can't
recall his name or topic, but if one wants to really dive into the subject,
he could save a lot of research time by finding that post.
