Attention:  Men with slight to moderate urinary incontinence

My Company, GT Urological, has developed a new incontinence management
device, that we call the ActiCuf disposable pouch, for men with slight
to moderate urinary incontinence.  I want to send you a free sample and
have you provide me your honest feedback.

A brief summary of the product and its benefits are below. Additional
product and company information are available on our website:
http://www.gturological.com.

To test the product, call the office toll free at 877-488-4379 or send
me an e-mail with your name and address. I will make sure that you get
a 3 ActiCuf sample pack with a brochure.

Thanks in advance for your help.

ActiCuf Disposable Pouch Overview:  The ActiCuf is a disposable,
undetectable pouch designed to help men treat and manage light to
moderate incontinence.  It is worn under clothing to protect men from
embarrassing leaks when coughing or straining.  Any wetness is
immediately absorbed by the ActiCuf, so you can take charge of your day
and enjoy life.  The ActiCuf disposable pouch is so discreet that
it's virtually undetectable under clothing, and its sleek, portable
design makes using public urinals a worry-free experience.  Removing
and replacing it is fast and easy.  The typical user is a man with
light to moderate urinary incontinence who is using 1-5 diapers or
disposable pads per day.
