Hi Everyone!

I developed multiple sclerosis in 1991 and, over a two year period,
gradually overcame it using an alternative treatment suggested by Edgar
Cayce, a man many regard as the father of modern holistic medicine.
Cayce also suggested a promising alternative treatment for prostate
cancer. For more information, visit

All the best,

Dudley Delany, R.N., M.A., D.C.

Just in case the name escapes recognition, Edgar Cayce's main claim to
fame is as a "medical psychic." Google is helpful.

Were it not for the potential of tragic harm to the credulous, this
posting would be amusing.

Does this involve the purchase of a certain bridge in Brooklyn? If so you
are all out of luck "cause I bought it last week.

Might be better to have a look at http://skepdic.com/cayce.html

It's hard to think of Cayce as anything other than a professional, and
incredibly brazen, liar.  His "foundation" still rakes in lots of dough
from believers.

The key word in that whole post is in the website link: "spawn".

Dudley Delaney is the worst medical health spammer I have ever seen. Try
Googling on "Dudley Delaney in Google Groups. On January 23 and January 24,
he posted a variation of his Hi Everyone message to:

I am forwarding a copy of this post to abuse@webtv.net, along with a copy of
Dudley's original post. There's no excuse for his behavior, which borders on
the criminal. Quackery kills people.

Known as the "sleeping" profit, because he had his visions while asleep.
Maybe when we find Atlantis where he said it would be, we'll also find the
cure?

By not calling him 'the sleeping prophet',
you have put forth a delicious pun!

Edgar Cayce, "The Sleeping Prophet," predicted the following would all
happen before the year 2000: Red China would become a democracy; Jesus
Christ would return to earth (in 1998), and California would fall into
the Pacific.

He should have stayed asleep.

Well, at least Cayce was right about a large number of Californians
thrashing about in the sea. He just failed to mention that it happens every
weekend, and that we swim back to shore a few minutes later, towel off and
eat lunch.
