I want to keep the newsgroup updated on my salvage radiation progress -
since salvage radiation results are very confusing when reading the
literature.

Got my psa last month <0.01

This is 2.8 years after beginning salvage radiation.

Doctor stated I was doing great and in the early stages of being
undetectable?

He stated that the salvage radiation cure/undetectable rate for 5 years was
70% if your psa is below 1.0 before treatment

However he stated the the 10 year and 15 year rates are lower.

I am lucky and grateful to be undetectable.

Finally I still pray daily for a cure for prostate cancer. I am hoping it
comes very soon.
