Hi all,
Back after a few months of just lurking. Last psa was 0.2 after being .09 in
july. Uro sent me to a radiologist. Says I need 37 treatments. We were
hoping it was all gone, but I guess there was some at the margins. Hope this
will do it.

Yeah, I figured.  Shame too.  You had really good numbers going in.  But,
when they came back with positive margins, that is usually the clincher.
Looks like he is being aggressive and starting at 0.20.  Good luck to you.

Beginning today, drink lots of water, get your blood moving around (I did
3-5 miles walking, 3-5 days a week), and get an extra hour of sleep
everynight.  That will help you with the radiation and with longer term
effects.

You sound like you are in a similar situation to me.  We started
Lupron and 37 radiation treatmens soon after LRP without waiting on
the PSA to rise.  I had many bad indicators and was/am sure the PCa
would rise again.

Hope all goes well for you and you have a long and happy future.

Good luck Ken,

It's something that you have to do.

Maintain a positive attitude.

The radiation treatments are a breeze and goes by quickly.
