Haven't posted much lately, but have been lurking religiously.

I wanted to share some good news, for me, with the people who most
appreciate how good it is. However, my "up" mood has been tempered somewhat
with the post earlier today by Cancer2x of recurrence after 9.5 years.

I received my 18-month-post-RRP PSA result today...undetectable, still. I'm
breathing a little easier today! I'm on a six-month schedule of testing now,
and I guess I'll always experience that anxiety leading up to each test.

Good luck, Cancer2x.

Congratulations on the undetectable.  "Cancer's"  post has probably made us
all think.  My next PSA is October 31st, and I know that as the time gets
closer I think about it a lot.

Fantastic, Jerry.  You certainly had a rough row to hoe.  Didn't you also
have a heart attack?  Well, in any case, 18 months at 0.1 is a hell of a lot
better than 6 or 12 months.

Steve, thanks. Yes, I had a heart attack in April 2001. This past February I
was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. But, I'm thankful I'm doing well on all
fronts...so far.

Damn, can finally collect social security and the whole body goes to hell!

I pray it stays in the "pre" stage.

Congrats, Jerry.  I concur on the anxiety... I think it will always be there
for me...
