Hi everyone.  Hope you all continue to do well.  I just passed my 6
week anniversary since my RRP and things are going great.  I have
pretty much total control of urge incontinence and depending on how
tired I am have good control of my stress incontinence.

Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed a return to waking up with
Mr. Happy showing signs of life.  I have been able to get close to full
erections but not strong enough for penetration.  Until last night.....

Last night, with about 25 mg of Viagra, I had a strong erection (I'd
place it up there with some of my pre-surgery erections) and was able
to intercourse with my wife.

I know I still have my PSA tests and may still have to deal with other
issues at times, but with my bladder control nearly perfect and the
return of my erections I feel totally blessed!

Hope this note encourages others out there that are newly diagnosed or
considering surgery.

Take care....

"Gamecock"?  --- seems appropriate somehow  : )

Mine would be more like "Lamecock"  after 18 months : (

Great News Wesley!

Wonderful.

I'm pleased that you're doing so well so soon after surgery.

It's a blessing.

6 weeks is very soon.

Enjoy, and you are indeed an inspiration.

Continued success.

Your story inspired me - last night for the first time since surgery 12
weeks ago I obtained a good usable erection and was able to penetrate
my wife ... then I woke up (man, it was hardly in before I woke up, as
well :-( ). "In your dreams", indeed. Still, it was fun for a few
seconds there! :-)
