I have been reading the posts here. Would someone tell me what RRP
represents? Thanks

Radical Retropubic Prostatectomy.
Not sure what the "radical" means, except that they just chop it out.
"Retropubic" (from the front of the abdomen)  is versus the peritoneal
approach (between the anus and testicles), and the new approach is RLP,
which is the laparoscopic procedure (band-aid surgery).  Then there is the
DaVinci robot.  I do not know much about that procedure.

Hope that helps.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think "radical" means complete
or total as opposed to "partial".

radical retropubic prostatectomy = operation from the front abdomen
between the navel and penis for total removal of the prostate gland.

(found it on google [sic], you could too)
