After all of this discussion of pomegranate juice, I am planning definitely to take it when my RT is over. But obtaining it seems to be not so easy. We can get it online as a concentrate, but how much of the concentrate do you use to obtain the equivalent of 8 ounces of whole juice? And is concentrate as good as whole anyway? Any advice on these matters, including the best way, place to buy it? Thanks so much. It's so great to have this ng to ask questions! Knudsen Pomegranate juice concentrate in 8 ounce bottles. I can buy them at my local Safeway grocery store in the natural foods section. You can drink it straight - although it's pretty strong - or dilute it with 40 ounces of water or so. I usually dilute it down about 3:1 or so.
