Thanks as always for your really helpful replies. The doctor has increased
the Flomax and prescribed Phenazo (Phenazopyridine). The only thing is that
I am afraid to take it more than twice a day because of the water that has
to be consumed with it.

OT I am new to newsgroups: did I post this in the right way or should it
have been somewhere in the original thread? As a reply to my original
message? And should I have written newsgroups as ngs?

You're doing just fine. Sometimes it is easier to start a new thread then to
have something buried so far down the page where no one will find it again.

I would say there are so few (relative) active posters at any one time, most
of those that were interested in the fist place remember the original
thread. However, it is nice to quote that to which you are responding, if
not for all, just us that are on Lupron.
