Saw a post re Frozen Shoulder/s
This may not be relevant, but since I've been on ADT, I've wrenched
nerves in my R longest finger, L shoulder and L heel of hand all from
over extension of movements I've previously done. If I repeat the
movement I did with the heel of my hand, my whole arm sings in pain.
Some time ago, prior to ADT, I did the same to my L thumb, spent a lot
of $$$ on Chiropractors, X-Rays, Rheumatologists and appraisals by
Neural Surgeons, all to no avail.
This kind of wrenching of nerves normally cannot be fixed and can only
heal slowly. You have to learn not to do the same over extended
movements to the affected joints again, by analysing how you wrenched
the joint initially and then do a workaround.
I did have some U/sound guided Cortisone shots to my L shoulder and
that gave me immediate relief, but all areas still bear reminders of
the original damage, up to 2 yrs ago in 1 instance.

I wonder whether this could be tied to ADT's known exacerbation of
arthritis? It may be worth suggesting this to a doctor.

Clarence,
It may be that a program of very careful exercise and
stretching will help to prevent this kind of damage in the future.
Exercise can strengthen the muscles that support the
joints. Stretching can help keep them from being too
stiff and easily torn.
If you try, be _very_ slow and careful. Don't hurt yourself
while trying to help yourself.
