One month today since Robotic Prostate Surgry (What is abbreviation for
that ?) and I felt ok, did some yard work..lugged on !!!!!??? trash bags
full of wet leaves???? NO NO NO? Did ok, day after I felt like
Shi......in pain, not feeling well...etc...today, 2 days after that I
did some very light gardning..then went to Walmart...felt sickly,
clammy..hot..weak etc...should I just sit and relax for a couple more
weeks? Has anyone else woke up feeling clammy, hot sweats with no
sweating..just plain feeling HOT and clammy all the time? Outside temp

all the time...My rash is better today..less rectal pain (Maybe because
I have not moved bowels yet ?) usually after bowel movement the pain

sounds to me like you're doing a bit too much, too soon. Take it easy and
the discomfort should subside. However, 74 inside does sound high to me -
would think you're heating bill is quite high. Lower the heat and try
wearing a sweater or fleece.

hi howie - i did the same thing two days out of surgery. no, not the
tugging and lifting, just walking. i felt fine and went to sam's club.
parked within 100 ft of front door. walked to entrance, started feeling
light headed - had to sit down to 10 minutes. decided against going any
further and tried to walk back to car. didn't think i was going to make
it. feel absolutely terrible. sat in car for 30 minutes before going
home. output of pee bag was clear yellow before then, started turning
punch color and stayed like that for the next day before clearing up
again. had no energy whatsoever. just decided to sit back and enjoy
watching grass grow from the topside. even two months after surgery -
i feel like i had plenty of energy by then and three trees in front yard
where needing pruning and it's just uses upper body strength, so after i
pruned one tree. my energy was spent and was plain tired. had to lay
down and take a 90 minute nap. woke up felt rested, but as soon as i
get involved in a project, energy level drops off.
still that way to a point. don't know why, but it is a big definite
difference, and when i ask about it, i would told that it is a common
complaint along with the leaking complaint.
others have no trouble getting energy back. as i've said before, it's a
crap shoot and this is one of those games.
hope this helps.

I'll bet pre-treatment condition trumps crap-shoots and luck almost every
time, except when anesthesia reaction rules.

Good point, but I will *raise you* with allergic reactions, being a bleeder
(which I am, but not a haemophiliac), or any heretofore undiscovered
weaknesses in the body (aneurysm, etc). (G)
*Life* is a crapshoot!!
