Hello,

My father has been a surivior of prostate cancer for close to 20 years.

My wife and I have decided that it was time for us to repay the gift
that modern medicine has given us, many more years with dad.

Wendy and I have both been picked to be on the Dana-Farber
Marathon Calleneg Team. We will be running our first marathon,
the Boston Marathon, in order to raise money for cancer research.

We need your support. Our goal is to raise $13,000 between the
two of us. We run on April 18th, 2005 and we are well into our taining
(14 miles on Saturday)!

Please visit our website and all of the links. Please make a donation
and help us in fighting cancer.

100% of the money raised goes straight to cancer research!
Thank you,

hi greg - i know this is a for a good cause, but you might be preaching
to the choir in this case.  a lot of us may not have the extra bucks to
spare because we are having to pay for our own treatments against
prostate cancer.  your plea for donation would be great in a lot of
areas other than the prostate cancer group.

it is sorta like asking the people who are homeless and hungry to make a
donation to feed the poor.

i really do appreciate what you are doing and it really is for a great
cause.  might i suggest to take your awareness to the news media.
prostate cancer doesn't get enough coverage and this way, it would do a
world of good and i think would raise a lot more money

may you finish the marathon in record time with energy to spare......

invariably fatal. Prostate cancer is only sometimes so."
