Pre op psa 17, gleason 7. Had robotic surgery 3 weeks ago and
everything ok. Path report came back nodes negative, seminal negative
but one side of nerve shows cancer. Anyone had similar findings.

Hi, Joey,
I had LRP and didn't have any nerve involvement, so I can't be much help in
answering your question. But I'm interested in your experience with the
Robotic surgery. How long did the surgery take? And how long did you stay
in the hospital?
Best of luck to you!

You're in that all-to-familiar gray area, ejoey. Your path report shows no
evidence of extra organ involvement. Unfortunately, it also shows that
extra organ involvement is possible. In my case, with a seminal vesicle
involvement, extra organ involvement was likely, if not predictable. In
your case, it may be and it may not be.
You will likely be tested every quarter (as most of us are) for a couple
years, then every half year for a couple of years, then every year
thereafter. If, after 15 years, you have no increase in PSA, you'll be 98%
certain of a cure.
Relatively speaking, you have a good prognosis.
