It's been 2 years 3 months post RP for me, and I still see some
improvements. I was wondering at what point the curve is going to flatten
out, and not get any better than it is?

JK,
There is a short article in the Journal of Sexual Medicine Vol 1
(Supplement) 2004, page 33 by  by Rabani, Patel, Scardino (all at
Sloan Kettering) and Mullhall ( at Cornell) that "After Nerve Sparing
RP, erectile function continues to improve up to 4 years
postoperatively." Good news!

Great news, Steve!  I'm at 2 years... and still notice some improvement from
time to time.  Your reference to the article gives me hope that I can still
get more function back!  Thanks!
