Does anyone know if Rejoyn, or one of the other companies making
pumps, sells rings that are made of a different material than what
comes with the pump? I seem to be allergic to the rings. My skin
irritation is just where the ring goes, and I have tried other
lubricants. I tried contacting Rejoyn via the web, but the emails
keep coming back undeliverable.
Just wondered if there was an alternative before I give up on the
pump.
Thank you.

The Timm Company did send me a different ring. I don't know whether it
is made of a different material, but it looks different from the
standard rings. They sent it to me because the rings that came with the
pump didn't work too well for me.

I've got a phone number for them - just not handy at the moment. You can
call them. I'll email it to you.

David -
The rings that came with the Encore system I have are made of a clear
silicone material, if I remember correctly.
The unit came with 7 different sizes of rings. I notice that some
other brands do not have near that many. Regardless of the old adage
"Size is not important" is this case it is all important. If it's
just a tad too large it doesn't work, if it's too small, that is
really bad news, no fun at all.
