Consider it done. BTW I got my first Viadur implant about 3 weeks ago and so
far it has Lupron shots beat by a mile as far as side effects

Doc doesn't check PSA until 3mo after the implant and every 3mo after that.
With the Viadur I don't feel nearly as tired as when I had Lupron and
flashes are only 1 or 2 a day. Hope that continues.

I've been on Lupron for 1 year and 2 months. I rarely get hot flashes
anymore and when I do it's no more than as if someone set the thermostat to
75 degrees (F). I guess I'm lucky about side effects. I sleep 8 hours
every night and never get tired without what I would consider the
appropriate amount of work or effort.
I am glad for those who suffer the side effects of Lupron that there is an
alternative.
Of course, I do have to worry about bone mass. I might be susceptable to
that.
