1 year post-op PSA Result

I'm happy to report that at one year post RRP, my PSA result was <0.1.
Relief!!!!
The surgeon gave me a prescription for Muse since Viagra and Cialis
haven't produced anything useable.

5/20/03 Biopsy-Gleason Grade of 3+4=7
8/01/03 RRP Pathology: Gleason Grade of 3+4=7, 15% of gland involved;
perineural invasion present on left side with one nerve bundle
removed; lymph
nodes-no evidence of malignancy; tumor was organ confined
11/03/03 PSA <0.1
02/02/04 PSA <0.1
08/16/04 PSA <0.1

Great news, Steve!!  I wish you many years of undetectables!!

Good luck with the Muse.  It didn't work for me.  Was easy to use.. but
caused pain.  I was allergic to the prostaglandin in it.  Caverject was the
same way.

Hang in there, guy!  It can get better.  No other news here, but if it
happened once, I guess it could happen again!

Hi Steve!   Great to hear from you and even better on the PSA results.

After you get over the sticker shock on the MUSE I hope it works for
you.  Like Mike (I want to be like Mike...) my experience was not
good.  TP told me that it may not do anything the first couple of
times, and that is what I experienced.  I hope it works for you.
