Judge accused of masturbating resigns
OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (Reuters) - An Oklahoma judge facing removal
over charges that he masturbated and used a device for enhancing
erections under his robes during trials says he will retire from the
bench.
Creek County District Judge Donald Thompson, 57, wrote to Oklahoma
Governor Brad Henry resigning effective September 1, a move that will
allow him to retire with a full pension.
A former state representative and a judge for 22 years, Thompson was
accused by state Attorney General Drew Edmondson of using a "penis pump"
to enhance erections during trials and exposing himself to a court
reporter several times while masturbating on the bench.
The state Court on the Judiciary was scheduled to hear a motion on
Friday to suspend Thompson.
The judge has denied the charges and did not refer to them in his letter
of resignation.
"I have greatly enjoyed my public service and offer my gratitude for the
public trust reposed in me during the terms I served," he said on
Wednesday.

hi david - this story came to light about two weeks when i first started
reading about it. he tried to say that it was not a toy type VED, and
that he was using it for medical reasons. but you know how quiet a
court room can be........well, the lawyers that were practicing in his
court room said they could hear the swooshing sounding the pump was
making as they were presenting their arguments. this article i post was
just the end of all the other articles that had been published on him.
hope that gaston doesn't get you too wet.

I cannot believe he would pull his willy out in public like that. And
being a public authority at that! A little bit perverted if you ask
me. He probably got his kicks when the young ens' "came" before him.

hi steve - i wonder if they found that the evidence could "stand up" in
a court of law?
by that, i mean - was the evidence strong enough to "stand alone" or did
it need a "supportive" argument?
i guess this is one time that they were able to "see through" the
argument, by having him "get off" the bench. it was probably a 'big let
down" for him to see his hopes go "soft" and have to retire, but my
guess is that he will just "hang out" like he did before............
