I have been lurking in this group for a couple months. Thanks for all
of the very helpful information! My surgery (Robotic Laparoscopic
Surgery, using the Da Vinci Robot) is scheduled for Wednesday, August
18th.  My surgeon has done more than 125 of these operations and has a
very good reputation. I will post information on my surgery and
recovery after I get home and feel comfortable enough to spend more
time on the computer.

Please wish me luck and pray for me.

Good luck Bob.  My husband also has surgery on the 18th - nerve sparing (we
hope) RRP.  His starts at 7:30 a.m.  Maybe we'll both be logging on with
good news in a few days!

Take care!!

Best prayers, thoughts and wishes for you.  May there be nothing but
good news and speedy recovery for you.  Humor, a positive outlook and
walking helps.  Do you have your post-op supplies ready?
