hi heather - seems to me that in light of everything he has done of
other men in his lifetime, that he might have a phobia about getting a
DRE and finding out in the middle of it that the person has a hand on
each of his shoulders.

I couldn't feel more happy if it was PCa and consumed him in the most
horrible manner. He is but a few people I would actually wish this
disease on right now.

Perhaps your hatred is misplaced since it is George Warmonger Bush
that is responsible for placing your sons and grandsons at risk of
being drafted to fight wars for made-up arbitrary-make-it-up-as-we-go
reasons.

Most all the 9-11 hijackers were Saudis, none were from Iraq.  But
then George Bush Sr has his fingers deep in the pockets of the Saudis
and in turn the Saudis are granted unlimited access to power &
influence within our government.

Saddam Hussein is a foul man but he never posed any threat to you or
yours.

OK......I am sorry I even mentioned it.....this is not alt.politics!!

We all have our own personal views on Iraq and they are best kept to private
email.

No, it's not your comment that needs apology for. Saddam having
prostate problems is news worthy in that it's irony that he refuses to
get a biopsy, perhaps because he knows he's going to face capital
punishment, hopefully from the same Iraqis he tortured...
I respectfully submit that this isn't political, just one veteran's
opinion on Saddam and him having prostate problems.

With all due respect, I've seen documentaries about Saddam, and
personally know an Iraqi scientist. He -deserves- to die horrible
deaths!  I'd be happy to discuss chimp via email, if you desire, but
this group is for us PCa survivors and soon to be survivors. I won't
spam it with political commentary.

It must be sad to be so consumed with hatred and angst.

Consumed? ... no, just concerned about my sons.  What happens to
Saddam is of no interest to me.  I'm also concerned (not consumed) how
so many Americans lack the critical thinking skills to recognize what
a fraud George W Nepotism Bush is.

Bush is Cheney's lackie AND Cheney is the bought & paid for lackie of
Halliburton Corp.  If you strip back all the fluff you get Halliburton
earning $$BILLIONS$$ from the war that Cheney pushed Bush into
fighting.  Bush is no fighter on his own as his "hide me daddy" Viet
Nam charade illustrates.  Bush is a coward of the first order.

I don't like Kerry but ABB (anybody but bush).

Finally, if politics offends you and you can't stand up for your own
thinking then with that weak girly-man attitude how the hell do you
expect to beat cancer?  Just wondering ...

It's not your politics that offends me, nor is it likely what offended him.
I suspect it was your dishonesty, interloping, and cowardly anonymity.

Me?  I've had a lifetime of dishonest, ignorant people who think their
opinion is more valuable than the 2 cents most of us subscribe to here.
With such experience, I know that I do not have to fight you, therefore I
will not.  I do not have win, therefore I do not have to chance losing.

I will merely DWIB you and your voice will become as a tree falling in a
forest.

I invite others to do the same.

Steve, I'm sorry but this head-in-the-sand attitude is exactly what allowed
Hitler to take over Germany.  When national leaders misappropriate power
then citizens cry out.  When folks ignore their leaders misdeeds then the
cancer spreads.

Cancer can invade the body but it can also invade nations.  Brave folks
fight back in both cases while the weak masses turn a deaf ear.  The weak
masses shoulder heavy responsibility for German Death Camps for it was they
who ignored information about Hitler's deeds and goals.

So my dear Steve Kramer, be careful what you censure.

Case,

I do not have my head in the sand.  As much as time allows, I keep myself up
on history, politics, science, education, the 'social condition', religion,
etc.  When I can, if I am an expert or more expert and where it is
appropriate, I do what I can to educate or edify others.  In every other
case, I keep my mouth shut (or my hands off the keyboard).  Discussion of
anything other than prostate cancer in a prostate cancer support group, by
definition, qualifies for the "inappropriate" standard.

I am also careful as to whom I personally censure.  He lied.  There is no
harm in censuring a liar for you cannot rely on their subsequent messages
regardless of their actual veracity.

Other than that, Hitler and his death camps have not modern analogy, the
weak masses are those who will not do what is necessary and hide behind a
failed ideology, and you have not the basis to determine or make reference
to my bravery.

So, do you really hate spam, or do you have a prostate cancer issue you'd
like to discuss?

I'm not sure if it offends many here, but this NG isn't the place to
argue politics. Personal email will work better. I respectfully say to
you to use it!

Saddam Hussein is a foul man but he never posed any threat to you or
yours.
------------------------
i normally stay out of the political side and will try to do so here,
but i wanted to reflect what makes up this side of the coin.

the root of evil is jealously.  that is the bottom building block.  if
you let it fester, then jealously will turn into envy.  and if you let
it grow, then it will turn into hatred.  and then it will grow more -
into hatred with acts against another.  but the final stage of jealously
is hatred with involving acts of violence, whether it was hitler killing
the jews or people blowing up other people.

none of these people (the victims) deserve what happen to them.  it was
the violent act of hatred that did this, and responding with acts of
hatred is not going to be the answer either.  it just shows who has the
biggest military wins, that's all.

what the bottom line is.........did the problem get solved or was there
a bandaid put on it?

on for what's worth, i remember bill clinton around 1995 called a press
conference and told the public that the national debt was going to be
reduced to zero and had a big check with a goose egg on it.  said it was
going to be down to zero around 2004, but as we all know the debt is now
the highest it has ever been and kerry was in congress then and was
involved with clinton's game plan.

no president can do anything for the first two years of office because
it takes that long for the effects of the previous president to get out
of the system.  the same is true if kerry got into office this election.
you won't see the effects of what he could do until 2005 or 2006.

but then again, i remember a president who lied to a congressional panel
and got by with it.  ran the debt up higher than it ever has been.  did
things that was so bad, that he was tried in impeachment, and everybody
thinks he's a real nice guy.  in fact, he's making money off of the book
bragging about it.

what really makes me THINK and go hummmm.......is when kerry is on tv
and tells the public that he has a plan in place for medicines for
seniors, a financial plan to get the u.s. back on track.  a plan to
reduce the national debt, a plan to strengthen the military - all the
while he has been a senator for how many years.......and could have at
least done something to show what he can do.   remember this or anybody
else who wants to lead the pack.

can anybody remember something that kerry has done in congress that he
has been credit for for the past 20 years?  just curious.

BTW -  i'm not in bush's corner either.

just my 02 cents.

He may be very realistic about the issue. In the not too distant
future he will be placed in the physical custody of a new Iraqi
government. After the trial he will have to figure out how to get his
feet to touch the ground before the rope around his neck breaks his
fall.

LOL......good point.  And why bother with a biopsy if your days are
obviously numbered anyway!!

Maybe he doesn't want anyone poking around in there because that's
where the WMD are!
