Curt's PSA is back down a hair. to 17.25. That may just be the lowest it
goes. he is going to slow down a bit at work and get rid of some headaches
and we'll just hope that it stays around 17 for 5++++++ years.
BTW his testosterone was 14 so he is blocked enough with his quarterly
Lupron and daily Casodex. Thanks for this group. It is a nice place to talk
about this w/o having to start at the beginning all the time.

Hi, Lori....
I'm so glad to hear that Curt got a good report!! I hope the PSA will stay
down that low for many, many years to come. And in the meantime, perhaps a
new treatment or cure will come along!
All the best to you!

Hello Lorelei,
You are a trooper, and give your husband big hugs for the battle he is
waging.
Hopefully, the medication, and such can help.
Good wishes to you, and Curtis. send my best feelings. (prayers)

Hi Lori and Curtis,
I am glad that it went down again. I hope it continues downward and stays
low.

Hi Lori...Glad to hear that Curt's PSA is nice and stable! Is he
using a bisphosphonate like Zometa too, along with Rocaltrol? If I'm
remembering correctly, I think he is, but I thought I'd ask...Best
wishes and good health, Ron

He gets Zometa every month. I will have to research this Rocaltrol.
Thank god for the Zometa. About a week ago Curt slipped on a bath toy in the
shower and FELL!! He could have broken a leg, hip, arm.. the cancer is in
all of those bones so I consider us very lucky..
Best wishes and good health to you also.

It must be a bitch living month to month like that, Lorelei. You're both
constantly in my prayers. 17.25 seems like really good news. And, should
it stay that way for a few years, who's complaining?
