Forgot to mention that the injection itself did not hurt. I could
feel the needle going in, but it was not painful. Do not let that
stop you from trying this alternative.

Yeah....Prostaglandin works....
Somedays it is painful, in the am best.
At night beware.....awake with a 10 inch dong that throbs and is no fun
Actually, the medication works, but the effects last a bit.
No 10 incher here.
About the average size of any man....7 or so..
Atr first sometimes it works great?
then, after sex you lay there with an aching (penis) that is swollen)
I find the am is the best, and 70 mgs of prostaglandin did the trick.
You can walk off the medication...Much better.
At night, you may be up for 2 to 3 hours wishing the erection would go
away.......:(
No fun, but does help with returning blood flow.
Keep trying it and at different times....
It really helps/

Good wishes.

I also tried caverjet and muse and had similar results . Started about 4
months post op. It was painful and had a mal-formed penis. Muse was more
painful than caverjet but didn't care for either. I'm now 10 1/2 post-op
and am starting to be able to get a little spontaneous response. However,
I must emphasize little; size and duration. Hopefully with time it will
improve.

i had similar experience with caverject. it was great to have the
erection and successful penetration, but the achiness, especially
afterwards, was too increidbly painful. it totally negated any
potential or actual pleasure. i tried a bimix and that was good, not
as rigid, but no achiness. I am fortunate in that meds (viagra,
levitra) started to work about 21 months post-RRP & nerve graft. The
meds continue to work. I hope to try cialus next.
keep trying. if the needle doesn't intimidate you, then hopefully one
can find the right combination / dosage....Bil;
