I've had  two shots  of Lupron, one 1 month and the second  4 mos. (In
February)).  I've recently had watery eyes, burning, itching and all
the other symptoms of 'dry eye'   However I just read in WebMD that
women can get these same eye problems traceable to a hormone
imbalance.  Since Lupron does the same to us, does it follow Lupron is
causing these eye problem.?  Anyone else suffer these effects?
For 'dry' eye I've been advised to wash eye lids and lashes with
baby shampoo., followed by holding HOT loth against eye.  This does
not seem to help curent situation, nor does an antihistamine.

I never experienced this problem.  If it's now 3-1/2 to 4
months since your first Lupron injection, and you're just
now getting this, I'm wondering if it's something else.
Maybe it's related to spring and pollen in the air.  I've
sometimes gotten itchy eyes from that.

Have you tried Visine or other eye drops?  Maybe
they'll give you some relief.

Alan....you beat me to that one.  I am suffering from allergies at the
moment due to trees and so on....and use either antihistamine drops or the
ones for 'red eyes'.  As well as chlor-tripolon pills when it is a bad day.

Cheers.....Heather
