Good news:

My first followup PSA was < 0.1 .

I'm going all night without a pad, and seldom leak during the day.

Had enough of an erection last night that we didn't have to get into a kama
sutra position to make it work.

I ran a personal best mini-marathon last weekend (1:49:03).

Steve K's PSA is way down.

Bev's got a funny smile on her face.

olfart's managing to find something funny about Lupron.

Amidst all the other great news, that news blows me away.
I'm really impressed.

I have resumed running after my radiation and Lupron
treatment.  I've gotten back the distance I was doing
(4 miles, 3 times a week), but the speed escapes me.

But, even if I can't get the speed back, I'll keep on running.
I sometimes feel like all the hounds of hell are chasing me -
cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer's, old age, infirmity - and
I have to run to stay ahead of them.

Thanks for the complement. So far I've had it real easy compared to lots of
you guys. I haven't had the HRT, EBRT, etc. Just the red zipper. It feels
good to be doing as well as I have been. I hope it gives others something
positive to look forward to as they get ready for an RP.
