i have a very large problem with this -

adambond3@gmail.com appeared on google this month, never been seen
before, posting off of 70.68.178.84 - shaw canada

touting

a one page blog site, having ZERO factual information as to
who/what/where -

with a paypal click thru to 'donate' to ??????? there isn't any ifno to
show who actaully gets any such donations...

blog posted by 'executive director' - profile page is blank

this poster has also written similar single posts about 'National Water
Conservatory', and 'The World Food Fund'

both lead to other single blog pages, also with a donation link, also
from the very same 'excutive director'

also with ZERO factual information about this n.w.c. or t.w.f.f.

three purported charities, three paypal donations appeals, no actual
information...

makes my nose twitch, it does...

since poster is coming in from a canadian source, anyone up there have
any knowledge about  the purported charity org's he's touting? i didn't
spot any citations with a very cursory look around

I wouldn't even bother digging to determine legitimacy, since so many red
flags pop up for a legitimate charity: (I am a Canadian, though :) )

1) Using a gmail account - no no in business and a no no in charitable work
2) Using a blogspot account - same as above - a no no
3) One-off pages for multiple charities - ah-OO-ga, ah-OO-ga!
4) No factual information, other than heart-string pulling
5) Same poster shilling for multiple charities - Scam alert! Flood all
torpedo bays! Fire at will! Take no prisoners!

(I *really* despise people trying to make money off others' misery)

Can't say that I do, but I do know that they *do* seem to act on
fraudulent sites. A recent 'net ko0k extraordinaire recently not only had
his site nuked (from a Malaysian host - that was no small accomplishment,
either), but also his PayPal account revoked for the fact that he was
making money by libelling others online.

I *knew* you'd catch on to that reference :)

Yep, it was unroutable for a couple of months: Now I see that a default
Apache/Cpanel page is showing, so I'm assuming his provider nuked his
content, though it's interesting that the domain seems to be routing
again...

Firechief might know something about him/it
Stop smoking is reporting to blogspot; however, he has 2 or 3 other ones.
Saved as much info as I could.
