This is not spamming!  Ernest Smeltzer is Co-developer of QubicSphere Corp.
We are associated with Alka Vita
which is produced in Odessa, TX.  Our primary business has been software in
which we have programmers in Canada,
Belgium, China and Manila.

Alka Vita is a lowering pH Mineral Supplement.  Have a look at the link in
the original post.

You are associated with the company mentioned in the spam. You stand to
benefit from the products mentioned in the spam. You are, ergo, a spammer.

horse hockey - of course it is

you put up unsolicited touts for commercial products in a newsgroup that
doesn't allow such

that is spamming

> Ernest Smeltzer is Co-developer of QubicSphere Corp.

well duh...that was already known

> We are associated with Alka Vita

so - you are rightly known for what you are - a spammer

and just a small point: you use the plural 'we'...quite presumptuous of
you isn't it?

> which is produced in Odessa, TX.

again...duh...the concorde technologies/cisne enterprises, inc. [the
outfit you're an affiliate for] actual geographic location is irrelevant
to your spamming this newsgroup

but since you insist on mentioning them, i've added owner ignacio
cisneros email addy and phone number to the complaint list...

>Our primary business has been software in

you are also winr.us - pure marketing - as is the spam you're trying to
get away with here...

since you are 'such' a successful bunch of programmers, why sully your
reputation by being such
stupid, crass, spammers...

oh! that's right - because you 'are'  stupid, crass, spammers...

> Alka Vita is a lowering pH Mineral Supplement.

which makes this the 'second' spam effort on your part

i do however find it particularly droll that in the faq for it, the
manuf. mentions that it is non-corrosive - as certified by the u.s. dept
of transportation...lololololololol

maybe you should be trying to spam the robots newsgroup???

> Have a look at the link in

thinking...no, i'd rather not - don't want to encourage your spamming
after all

> Stephen

it is noted that you are also trying to spam 'sci.med.diseases.cancer'
and that you've put up a blog...silly twit...

Or maybe non-corrosive to cars when used on highways?  Those high-pH
roads are the pits!
