Hello -  I recently created a website of recipes and techniques for
making your own feeding tube food.  I thought perhaps some of the
people in your head and neck cancer groups might benefit from our
efforts.  We were in the position just a few months ago of not being
able to use canned nutrition and having to make our own.  It's been a
very successful endeavor for us and I wanted to help others.

See:   http:www/lucysrealfood.com

Please pass this on to anyone who might find this of interest.
Thanks!
Lucy

Might be worth saving and reading and checking from time to time, for new
ideas.
A contact email is on the webpage if you wish to contribute.
I don't know if recipes can be copy-righted.
So if you contribute, you contribute.
If she decides to make a book, and you significantly contribute, I think:
Acknowledgement should be made at the front or back of the book and/or
You should receive a free copy. :)
