Do not e-mail him.    Do not forward his posts elsewhere.
Block his e-mail addresses and name from your e-mail settings also.(or
just delete them if you are e-mailed by him).

He first (as best I can tell) came to this newsgroup with a "Unity
Foundation " idea and was asking people to e-mail him.
He was warned by me with the alt.support.cancer Charter
He was also warned off group (by one of our "reporters" to leave this
newsgroup alone.
He apparently did not read the Charter and continues to ignore previous
warnings.

Nor apparently does he read his own ISP's TOS (Terms of Agreement)

He may (or may not) be reported to his ISP.
Often when such lose their ISP, they come back on another one.
So unfortunately, the best way (for now) to deal with such, is to filter
them out and when they come back, filter their new e-mail and posting
name. (and/or product name or web site). Or just ignore (brain filter)
his posts, if that is easier for you.
