I don't understand what these "flooding" messages are all about. They don't appear to make any sense. Are they a way for miscreants to communicate (i.e., only count every 4th word, every 10th word, etc)? I just delete them all but it sure is a nuisance. Of course, it's a little challenging w/this many posts in the continuing floods going on... but it's worth it when they're all gone!! Happy New Year to you!! Uncle Sally mentioned it earlier, but I wanted to review it again. And Laurie must be able to do it as well. It's a Microsoft standard - even works in Xnews. So Select one post - (you want to delete) Hold (press down on) the shift key Arrow down (or up) to the last post, a person wants to delete. Click on that line Hit the DEL key OE asks "are you sure" ; click "yes" if you are. (If you see a problem, click "Cancel" ?) and - ta da! - they're gone.
