I just got my latest PET/CT scan results, and they're all clear---no
sign of recurrence or metastases.  I'm now over a year from diagnosis
(stage 3 colon cancer), surgery, and start of chemo; and over six
months after my last chemo.  I fully expected the scan to be clear,
but it's still a great relief.  You never really know when cancer will
rear its ugly head.  While there are a lot of great people on this
group, and I feel I've benefited from it, I look forward to the day
when I no longer belong here.
Good wishes to all, and may all your tests be negative.

Great news CSM!  You give me hope after reading your post. =)

I was just diagnosed with stage 3 Melanoma and will have my next PET/CT scan
in February. Looking good so far and expect to continue to be so.

Keep us posted.

Thanks to all who responded.  I intend to stay around, though mostly
lurking as I have been lately.  I'll post when I think I can
contribute, whether IT advice, my experience, or just moral support.

Congrats CSM .
Great way to finish the summer.
Now on with life and making all your dreams come true.
We'll ring a bell (or something similar) at year two.
