I have had a nasal swelling in one side near my eye for about 4 or 5
years now.  I knew I had an abnormality in there cause I could feel it
restricted and hear it.  Now it has been spotted on an MRI but I've not
yet been told more about it..  possibly because of a root filling, but
smoking seems more likely to blame to me.  It is too discomforting to
live with, so what are the chances that I can get rid of it or get it
treated, whether it benigh or whatever.  I am assuming these things
rarely dissapear on there own.
