I received the following from a Minister Volunteer at my cancer pavilion today, when I went to get my shot of turbo-charged, gold plated, platinum filled geritol.
WHAT CANCER CAN'T DO
It cannot cripple love, it cannot shatter hope
It cannot corrode faith, it cannot eat away peace
it cannot destroy confidence, it cannot kill friendship
It cannot shut out the memories, it cannot silence courage
It cannot invade the soul, it cannot reduce eternal life.
It cannot quench the Spirit.
Our greatest enemy is not disease, but despair.
Fear not! Be cheerful, and know that people care.

Beautiful! You have a way of words in vice and virtue. But you still
owe me an apology.

You disappoint me, I was expecting greater things from you. But
perhaps it's better that now we both know what kind of person you are.

And I am proud of it.
Too bad, I won't bite.

Infants are proud, when they manage to squeeze a big poop. Is there an
analogy here?
