If you don't understand a part of it, or "how to", ask.

Most crossposts are inappropriate (here, because community (newsgroup)
standards and purposes of each newsgroup, vary.
Cancer patients/loved ones, (cross)posting from (another) cancer support
newsgroup, to this newsgroup, is probably appropriate To update us, on
them or their loved one or sometimes when they want to ask Steph about a
treatment or something related to the cancer.
Crossposts outside the cancer newsgroups are inappropriate and
historically have not worked (well at all) and resulted in upsets, flames
and/or name calling.
There's one crossposter that "we" live with (and many know him from other
newsgroups) = ironjustice
and/or plonk/block/ignore his posts. There's no reasoning with him. He
thinks he's the bestest researcher in the world. <g> and posts a lot of
PubMeds about rat and mice and dog studies...
Whoops ! He just posted again about rats. Don't visit his webpages. Flakey
things have happened to my computer when I did (on one of his webpages).

J - archiving so crossposters (or ISP's) can't say that the Charter's
never posted.

The aims of this study were to investigate whether iron chelation,
blocking of the human insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (hIGF1R),
or both could upregulate IFN-gammaR2 and enhance the anti-proliferative

effect of IFN-gamma.
METHODS: Two HCC cell lines, HuH7 and SNU449, were treated with the
iron-chelating agent deferoxamine (DFO), IFN-gamma, and/or anti-hIGF1R
blocking antibody.
CONCLUSION: The present results indicate that IFN-gamma reinforced by
iron modulation could be a promising new therapeutic approach for HCC..
