Hey Everyone.  my name is James. Let me tell  you, after many years of
study and livng the lifestyle of a Yoga Teacher,  I have come to
realize what  creates great Health. And you DO NOT need to be into Yoga
do  live  this,
-doing what you love everyday, at least some of the time
-good food
-good friends
-giving something of yourself to others, without charging cash for it.
For example it could be  a skill you have
-Some kind of movement, for me it is Yoga
-fresh air
-some kind of ongiong self development program

You are welcome to contact me. Melbourne , Australia,  where I live ,
welcome too.
Best of health ,   James.

Amazing news - sure sound like a recent UK TV add for margarine !

News for you mate - one may do all these things and still get cancer
- As I have !

What are you posting here for ?  A trawl for business ? All seems very
patronising ..

Would you help me resume my practice after chemo ? for no charge ?

IanR
