i need an inner email of  Pritan's pride i ca't resolve some problem through  theirs customer service

I have had of the problems of understanding with Pritan's pride
through  theirs customer service i am not successful to find one
solution i don t know why
but something is not clear out there
I have bought many times from Pritan's pride  but this time i'm not
happy of this

they have taken to two times the moneies from my visa card
and then they have written via email that the transaction was be
refused

for this I ask to the forum if someone can  help me
signaling one email  inner Pritan's pride

I live in Europe
so for me is much difficult one to communicate with Pritan's pride

The solution is to contact VISA and tell them.  They will take care of
the problem for you.  This is the way to go here in the USA.
The problem may not be directly with Puritans' Pride.

but
now i have in mine card 160 $ less

PURITAN PRIDE has taken 160 $ from mine visa card

and continues to write that this not true

i hope i explaing this

can some USA people
help

i can telephone at 800  why i don't know very well english so
i can't explain what is append

I have always made transactions with amaricane persons
and always I have been much happy

inter-country takes time.
Fax them a copy
If that doesn't work, post to alt.consumers.experiences

I repeat,  talk to VISA,  That is where the problem lies, and they are
the ones to help you and to correct the problem.
