Gee, that was fun and I never even went !
Loved the cabs, purse, views, and it's so good to see that rubber ducky
made it home safe.
I even looked at Shadow and making cookies.
Oh and the pub. I sure wished I was there with you. :)

Remind us again please sometime soon. it's a nice getaway.

I wish you were there too J!! We even found something there called "J" and
thought you should of been with us.

You would like the pub & everything else. It was Socks' place. Penny
wondered how on earth he found it as it is out in the Haight. Guess
someone knew of his beer taste & took him there. Lots of good beer
choices. And there's no smoking anywhere. Next time you come, so just
be ready! We'll take cabs wherever you want (we did too; they're just
boring next to cable cars & their cousins). We saved the cab ride down
Lombard street for you - ran out of time this trip, but that's one fun
ride.

But you'll have to deal with Penny over the rubber ducky. I never
stood a chance!

When I saw the 'J' thing, I couldn't believe it - thought it had to be
a reminder that you were with us in spirit!

If Annie can't paint, what would she produce if she could? I love the
not-painting.

The photos are great Pen, as is the humour in both of your accounts of
the trip. Wish I could have been there...

I agree, she's pretty good isn't she?

I told her to make prints of the painting and sell them to raise funds for
cancer. Her and her hubby are doing a trip for leukemia fundraising, going
from the southern states to Alaska. Taking pledges per mile. I think she
should sell them along the way as a further way to raise funds. I bet they
would go very quickly. :)

I wish I could meet all the great people I've met on line here and that have
been such a comfort and a huge support system. Need to win the loto for that
I'm afraid.
