Hi everyone,
thankyou to those who have sent their condolences, I have started my fund
raising already as I promised I would to my wife, I vowed to carry on her
good work.
So please visit http://www.justgiving.com/deniserussell it is a web page in
memory of my wife and all money is going too the Hospice of St Francis where
she spent her last 2 weeks but they have been there for her since the
beginning, I will be getting the page advertised in the local press and also
in a national magazine.
I will be doing other fund raising events for the hospice and other
charities inc possibly the 2007 London Marathon but this is the start and I
would appreciate you having a look and forwarding on the link to anyone and
everyone who you think may be interested in donating to.
I hope to match what my wife has raised and a whole lot more, she has
inspired me on to do more and become a better person.
She was amazing, next Friday I am to collect a certificate on her behalf as
she was listed on the local new years honours list.

As I said previously, I have trouble reading tales such as this. It
really haunts me to hear that someone so young and energetic as been
lost to this disease.
I occasionally think of this and of two young children who will miss
having their mother.
It is a fine thing you are doing carrying on where your wife left off.
I have imagined how I would feel if I lost my wife, and I am
considerably older, yet I do not know how I would handle it.
I am a loss for words to express my sympathy and condolences. Although
we are total strangers, I too want to cry when I read tales like this.
My best wishes and keep up her good work, and help those kids grow up.
