Hi, Penny,
I'm still giggling over today's blog entry. For a moment, I thought
you were saying you love the Scotch Emily & I have been discussing -
but you were talking about the town you're in which is unfamiliar to
me. But the words look similar!
There is an Indian casino just North of Santa Fe on the road to Taos.
It looks unappealing to me from the outside, but there are lotsa cars.
We have limited stakes casinos in 2 mountain towns near me, Blackhawk
& Central City. They are one big area & some of the ambience has been
preserved. I've been there only once years ago, but they've been
building away. I'll ask a friend who gambles which the best places are
in case you still have playing $$ & inclination when you get here.
If so, maybe you could show me how the slots work (never done that) &
especially how you manage to get more coming out than you put in!
Happy trails & lotsa hugs,
Fig - who has your email addy @home but won't be there much this w/e
