Check with your ISP if they carry newsgroups.
if not, use http://news.individual.net/  $~25.00/ year for a reliable news
feed.

If you don't have a newsreader get one please and use it.
Many computers already have Outlook installed. If yuu don't, other
newsreaders are available, some for free. (see below)

Click on 'message' between 'tools and help' at the top of OE...
then click on block sender..
