I had breast cancer, my surgery was in april, I has chimio and radiotherapy.
Now, after 2 months I finished my treatments I have a Lymphangitis in my

I don't know if you mean lymphangitis or lymphedema or lymphadenitis?
I am not a doctor.
lymphangitis is described here as ...
Lymphangitis may suggest that an infection is progressing, and should raise
concerns of spread of bacteria to the bloodstream, which can cause
life-threatening infections.
Lymphangitis may be confused with a clot in a vein (thrombophlebitis ).
Lymphangitis:
red streaks from infected area
throbbing pain along the affected area (common)
may involve the lymph nodes (see above)
fever of 100 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit and/or chills
individuals may have a general ill feeling (malaise), with loss of appetite,
headache, and muscle aches
Call your health care provider or go to the emergency room if symptoms indicate
lymphadenitis or lymphangitis.

If that's what you have, I would think you need to see a doctor for (possibly
IV) antibiotic .
So what does your doctor say about it?

I went to the ER, they said it's Lymphangitis, not other thing, they gave me
antibiotics, something for the circulation and something for the edema,
yesterday I tried to go to my doctor, but she couldn't see me then, so I
have to wait till monday. I don't have fever, I don't feel worse than usual,
that is tired most of the time, but I'm sick worried.

Hi Gabriela
Wanted to add a couple things to J's excellent post.
If you have had surgery for bc and have had any lymph nodes removed,
you are at risk for lymphedema.
Plus, lymphangitis in itself can cause this condition, so you have a
double risk here.
If after the lymphangitis is gone, the swelling still persists, please
get a referral to a certified lymphedema therapist for an evaluation.
If you do have lymphedema, any diuretics can only make the problem
worse in the long run. You'll want to start the treatment called
manual decongestive therapy. This will help move the fluids out and
the therapist can put you on a program to help keep the swelling down.
My very best to you. I'm a ten year cancer survivor with primary
lymphedema...been through many bouts with cellulitis and lymphangitis
so I know what your going through. I have a permanent chest
port....lol...what fun... one month for IV antibiotics for
infection....another month for chemo...handy little device :-)
Take care
