Latest CT scan shows new mets in my left lung. But at least they are
small (2 cm) and the other mets in my right lung and liver have
remained unchanged. All in all I'm still grateful, since I was d/ged
in Nov 2003 and I'm still goin' strong.
My hair's pretty near gone now thanks to the irenotecan. Never thought
I'd be shopping for HATS!! They don't become me. Maybe a beret or
somethin'? Although the one Sean Connery wore in the Raiders of the
Lost Ark was kinda neat. Anybody got any recommendations?

Rats ! Isn't that a sign that the irenotecan isn't working?
Is radiation therapy possible for small lung mets to try and slow it down?

Ah..I love hats. Hard to say what suits you.
If you were here, we'd go shopping and spend your money and find a few excellent ones for you. ;-)

Sorry to hear that. Hope it gets sorted. I've been clear since last
year.

My hair has just started to grow again. About a quarter inch fuzz
right now :) How about a beanie/tea cozy? Or a floppy garden hat?
Problem is its COLD when you take 'em off. Here in UK you can get wigs
for nowt from health service. They're good enuf but not tried them.
Had a pink afro wig on previous chemo sessions which kept the
neighbours indoors;)
