nasopharygneal carcinoma tmt

I was asked a question by a Mandy "qvene(at)yahoo(dot)com"
Mandy has an uncle diagnosed Nasopharyngeal carcinoma stage IV, 45 yr
old, was given treatment only chemo. Mandy question is what other
options? Gamma knife? brachytherapy? radiation?surgery? Palliative
chemo?
Will someone answer to Mandy?
(PS. I myself also NPC victim June 2000 stage 2, doing fine now. My
experience is in www.geocities.com/nasopharygneal. Also Yahoo groups:
Nasopharyngeal_Carcinoma Group and NasophayrngealCarcinoma2 Group.)
