My friend Christopher died a week ago while hosptialized. He had some
pallative surgery to keep his digestive tract open, it was necessary
since the blockage was below the stomach. Although the surgery was
succesful he was having a lot of trouble recovering and his diarrhea
came back as soon as he started eating again.
His death was a bit sudden, as he'd been fully alert and somewhat
mobile the day before, but he knew he was in the process of dying, he
told me as much. The cancer progressed very rapidly in the last month.
He died in his sleep, very peacefully. He had very little cancer pain
at the time of death and there was no long period of decline and
infirmity.
I want to thank everyone here for their support in the past months.

I am sorry to hear that you lost you friend Chris. It's hard to lose those
that we care for but it may help a little to know that his battle is now
over and he is at peace.
Warm Hugs

I am very glad to see the real "J" back on-line. I was not fooled by
the impersonator but it was really annoying
