Thank you for posting this at a good time for me.

However I do not quite understand the pages in that they seem to be
revising an existing document.  "add:"  "change:" and "drop:" appear
throughout the document..
Is there a document with all those changes already made?

Gee, thanks LB.
I had about 12 search windows open and accidentally came across this and
wondered what those words were about.
I was tired and wanted to post the others and figured what do I do with
this?
Post it? Bookmark it (and my bookmarks would be huge if I did that each
time), save to drafts (which is already overwhelmed), so I posted it.
Great work, LB !

Of course, hospice takes some of that load off, but it looks like it could
be helpful to those caring for loved ones.
