Going pretty well, really. The chemo is taking its toll, but nothing
she can't handle. We're really looking forward to the next off week.
She gets a scan on the 21st to track progress. Thank God we have good
medical insurance or this would be killing us financially. The list
price on the Xeloda alone is $1200US per round. With my prescription
plan it costs us $20. Sweet.
Hugs back atcha.

Glad to hear that things are going well Jeff. Yep, chemo is a hard cookie
but a necessary evil in the rollercoaster ride.
Good to hear that your medical insurance is covering your costs too. One
thing that I am really thankful for being in the UK is the NHS, people knock
it, but it is always there when it counts. I would hate to think how much
Tony's meds, chemo and radiation would have cost us. He used to say that he
had a more expensive hair-cut that David Beckham (at ?1K a shot, and he had
30).
Keep in touch and know that we are here.
Warm Hugs

Good to hear from you, Jeff.
I thought we'd maybe not hear from you, since Alayne "scooped" you up.
What happens after the scan (if it's clear)? Watchful waiting?
My best to you both,
J
