Hi Steph, J, anyone who would have knowledge....

Are there real increased risks of OC if you have had PCOS and then Fertility
treatment after? I have read a few articles on this and when I mentioned it
to my GP he thought it would be reasonable to get myself an ultrascan 5
years after last treatment. My cousin has similar history, spoke to her GP
who knocked it dead.

Which would you lean towards more?

Many thanks
Sinead

Hello Sinead,
http://www.4woman.gov/faq/ovarian_cysts.htm
It's also discussed on women's newsgroups.
You could run a google archives search on "ovarian cysts" and then "PCOS" and
see which have more recent discussions about same. If you pick a newsgroup, I
would think it wise to check for a FAQ first. And/or be careful of
crossposts/flame wars. The alt.fertility* newsgroups may not be too pleased with
crossposts to/from alt.support.childfree.
There's also alt.support.pco but they seem to have upsets due to spam.
Hugs
J

Many thanks J, and I get your point about the crossposting!
