I am a 23 years old smoker that has recently discovered a parculiar
sensation in my throat. It is like a mild burning. I have also had blood
in my spit in the morning. I am scheduled to see a nose and throat doctor
next week, however, I was hoping someone could answer me a question. Is it
out of the question to consider throat cancer as a possible threat at my
age, and if so, is this a common occurance? Any information would be
appreciated. Thanks.

It's not out of the question, but very unlikely.
Why not stop smoking?
