Octreotide can reduce production of digestive secetions but is only indicated in bowel obstruction causing excessive vomiting MIKE Frequently vomiting of bile, like some kind of overproduction. Too much for being drained into the small intestine? No clue why this happen since there is good bowel-passage (contrast xray). "Octreotide" is not found in the catalog at the hospital?
